Who we are

One team.
Four timezones.

Brandcore is a marketing, technology, and creative studio. We design, build, host, market, and measure — the whole stack, under one roof.

[ 01 ]The short version

We treat
websites like
infrastructure.

Most agencies do one thing — design, or ads, or hosting — and hand the rest to someone else. The seams between those vendors are where projects quietly fall apart.

Brandcore was built the other way. We own the whole stack: brand and design, engineering and hosting, marketing and measurement. When something needs to change, there's one team to call and no one to point fingers at.

We started in 2016 on the other side of the world — a small team in Asia building and running sites for clients overseas. When COVID reshaped everything in 2020, we moved our headquarters to California and kept the engineering bench in Ho Chi Minh. The sun never setting on the build isn't marketing — it's just how we've always worked.

That model only works at scale if the foundation is solid. So we built ours like infrastructure — 750+ sites in production, monitored around the clock, shipped continuously across four timezones. Then we finish every one of them like craft.

[ 02 ]2016 → 2026 · to scale

Ten years,
one line.

Started in Asia. Moved HQ to California. Kept the bench. The axis is to scale: four years to the move, six more to today.

Four cities,
one loop.

The shaded side is in night right now: the real day/night line, from the sun's actual position. The gold arcs link the offices in the order 09:00 reaches them; the vertical line is 09:00 on its way to the next one.

World map centred on the Pacific. San Francisco, Managua, Ho Chi Minh City and Tokyo are linked in a loop in the order 09:00 local time reaches them. The night side is shaded and its land dimmed using the sun's current position, recalculated every minute. A vertical line marks where 09:00 lands next; offices inside their 09:00 to 18:00 window are lit. Current local times follow in the legend.

Lit offices are inside 09:00–18:00 local; the vertical line is where 09:00 lands next. The loop runs in the order 09:00 reaches each office: Tokyo → Ho Chi Minh → Managua → San Francisco → Tokyo again.

The build never sleeps

Every hour of the week: an office at its desk, or the monitors on. Bright = two offices, gold = one (20 of 24 hours staffed); outlined = monitors only, 11:00–15:00 UTC.

[ 05 ]Operating rules

How
we operate.

Four rules. They're not on a poster in a breakroom — they're how the work actually gets made.

  1. Rule 1: Own the
    whole stack

Design, build, host, market, measure. One team, no handoffs, no finger-pointing when something breaks.

  2. Rule 2: Measure
    everything

If it can't be tracked, it can't be improved. Every dollar of spend is accounted for and reported plainly.

  3. Rule 3: Ship
    relentlessly

Across four timezones, something is always going live. Momentum compounds when the work never stalls.

  4. Rule 4: Make it
    beautiful

Performance is table stakes. We sweat the craft until the thing is actually worth looking at.
