Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of brandcore.io and the services provided by Brandcore ("Brandcore," "we," "us"), whose registered business address is 1422 Steel Creek Dr, Patterson, CA 95363. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Brandcore provides marketing, web development, and creative services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work, which together with these Terms forms our agreement.

Proposals & payment

Fees are set out in your proposal or statement of work. Invoices are issued and processed through Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on receipt, and overdue balances may pause active work.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the materials, approvals, and access we need to do the work, and to ensure the information and content you provide is accurate and that you hold the rights to use it.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, as described in your project agreement. Brandcore retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and components, and may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Third-party services

Our work may rely on third-party platforms and services (for example hosting, plugins, and payment processing). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third parties outside our control.

No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors. While we work to a high standard, we do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic, or revenue. Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brandcore's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the services giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as described in the applicable proposal or statement of work. You remain responsible for fees for work performed up to the date of termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and any disputes will be handled in the courts located in California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date shown above reflects the latest version.
